We accept Paypal which can process credit/debit cards and direct bank debits.

Do you accept custom, wedding or wholesale orders?

Absolutely! In fact, we love them. To inquire about custom, wedding or wholesale orders, simply download the custom/wholesale order form below Or contact us via the contact information above.

Custom, wedding and wholesale orders require a deposit based on the materials and final cost of the piece.

When will I get my order?

Your order will ship within 3 postal business days. U.S. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days but can take up to 14 in rare cases.

How much does shipping cost?

  • $5.75 for orders $49.99 and under
  • $8.75 for orders from $50 to $100
  • $11.75 for orders $100 and up


These charges cover the actual shipping cost, delivery confirmation, and a small handling fee to cover packing costs. The Paypal shopping cart will automatically add the correct amount to your invoice.

Can I have an item in your catalog in another color OR more than one of the same item in your catalog OR matching pieces for an item in the catalog?

Possibly. This depends on the availability of materials. Please contact us via email or mail regarding your specific request and we will be glad to research it for you.

Can you change the size/length/clasp type/earwire type of an item in your catalog?

We can generally shorten items, change the clasp and/or change earwires at no extra cost to you but there may be a fee depending on the amount of time and materials we use. Because there is more time and materials involved in lengthening, a fee will be charged. Please contact us about your specific request and we will be glad to work with you on it.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on items for any reason within 90 days of purchase, except for the situations noted below. Grab bag items and custom/wedding orders are elligible only for repairs as noted in our repair policy in the next section. The return policy for wholesale orders will be negotiated on an individual basis at the time that the wholesale order is negotiated. You must contact us before sending any returns.

What if my jewelry breaks?

This is rare, but in the event that it does happen, please contact us immediately. We will repair jewelry for life with no extra cost to you if it was defective. If the jewelry broke due to an action or lack of action by someone (i.e the dog chews it up), we reserve the right to charge a small fee for repairs.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes. Please contact us regarding your specific request and we will be glad to help you with it.

How far in advance of a holiday or event should I place my order?

Catalog Orders should be placed a minimum of 7 postal business days before the holiday/event you need the jewelry for. Custom orders and orders with length, clasp or earwire changes should be placed 2-4 weeks before the date that you need them. Wholesale/Bulk and Wedding orders should be placed 2-6 months before the date that you need them. If there is a specific date you would like the your jewelry by, please note it in the order form/shopping cart comments when you place your order.

What is the difference between the items in the discount section and the items on the rest of the site?

Items in the discount section are still reasonable quality jewelry pieces but are made from less costly materials and are generally less complicated than those on the rest of the site. While most items in the discount section have no flaws, certain items in the discount section have minor imperfections and they are noted in the item description.
Also, we are currently in the process of establishing quality standards for all jewelry on the site. Once these standards are fully in place, all items in the main section will meet them and any items that do not meet them will be placed in the discount section. We will update this FAQ with more information on the standards once they are in place.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Jewelry Should not be washed or put in water. If cleaning is necessary, use a slightly damp cloth to spot clean and make sure jewelry is throughly dried anytime it comes into contact with water. Sterling silver, silver plated, gold plated, gold filled and vermeil jewelry should be kept in an airtight container with a tarnish resistant strip. Harsh chemical cleaners should be avoided and jewelry with any precious metal content should be cleaned with something gentle like a sunshine cloth.
